You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PlacementOS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

For paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.

PlacementOS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
